1. Driver Age & Licensing Requirements

Standard Fleet Minimum Age: 21 years old for Economy, Sedans, and standard SUVs.
Luxury & Sports Car Minimum Age: 25 years old for Supercars, Luxury Sedans, and Convertibles.
Driving Experience: Valid driving licence held for at least 1 year (2 years for high-performance exotics).
Authorized Drivers: Only verified drivers explicitly registered in the rental agreement are legally permitted to operate the vehicle.

Documents required during identity check and handover:

Tourists / International Visitors: Original Passport, UAE Entry Tourist Visa, and Home Country Driving Licence (plus International Driving Permit IDP if required).
UAE Residents: Original Emirates ID (or digital UAE PASS verification), Valid UAE Driving Licence, and Residency Visa Copy.

Standard Fleet Quota: 250 KM / Day, 1,500 KM / Week, and 4,500 KM / Month.
Extra Mileage: Excess kilometers beyond the package quota are calculated upon return and charged at the per-km rate specified on the vehicle contract (typically AED 1.00 – 3.00 / KM).

Complimentary Delivery: 100% FREE doorstep delivery and collection within 15 KM of our central office in Al Qusais, Dubai.
Extended Distance Delivery: Beyond 15 KM, delivery is charged at AED 3 per additional km.
Night Service Surcharge: Pick-up or drop-off scheduled between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM incurs a AED 50 night dispatch fee per trip.

Standard Fleet Deposit: AED 1,000 pre-authorized via credit card or bank transfer upon collection (Luxury/exotic vehicles carry tailored deposits).
Refund Timeline: Pre-authorization holds are automatically released within 14 to 21 business days following vehicle return.
Verification Reason: Dubai RTA and Dubai Police systems require up to 14 business days to post and reconcile automated traffic fines, speed camera records, and Salik toll gate crossings.

Salik Automated Tolls: Charged at AED 5 per toll gate crossing based on exact actual usage throughout Dubai.
Fuel Policy: Full-to-Full. The vehicle must be returned with the equivalent fuel level as delivered.
Traffic Fines & Radar Tickets: The renter is 100% legally and financially liable for all speeding fines, parking summonses, impound charges, and RTA traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

Comprehensive Insurance: Full UAE standard comprehensive coverage is included in all rental rates.
Super CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): Optional upgrade providing 0 deductible excess liability for accidental vehicle body damage (AED 35/day, AED 200/week, AED 300/month).
Mandatory Police Report: Under UAE Federal Traffic Law, in the event of any incident, scratch, or collision, an official Dubai Police Report (Call 999) is strictly legally mandatory. Unreported damage is not covered by insurance.
Prohibited Activities: Desert off-roading, dune bashing, race track driving, drifting, driving under the influence (DUI), and unauthorized sub-leasing are strictly prohibited.

Strictly No Smoking / Vaping: An AED 1,000 professional ozone sanitization and interior detailing fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected.
Geographic Boundary: Vehicles must remain within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) borders. International cross-border travel is strictly forbidden without prior written company authorization.
